should be very easy to become a betcontruct partner. Vbet clone.
Oddsmatrix partner should be easy also.
Or make your website and licences from scratch and get odds from betradar.

Read the laws of the country related to gambling.  (the country you get the license from)

Random example: Macedonia, small country in the Balkans, requires 500k for license, 3 m in a designated bank account, the amount of said account required to be 3m at the minimum in intervals of 24 hrs. this is for proper operating, such as payments. There are other smallish fees and a lot more technical regulations.

Even though the example is rather uncommon and not very helpful due to other details, learning about laws and regulations will definitely aid in answering some of the questions you have.

So they have to pay 500k for every country? My humble guess-office, skin, 4-5 workers isnt large investment at all. Lets add up promos cost

How about profits? What should be bookie revenue to be profitable...

A bookie in order to be profitable has to attract gamblers and avoid professional players

You can't simply invest 500k or 1000k in a business you dont know cause you are going to loose your money.
Odd's providers are going to bullshit you about profits.
How many of you are willing to buy an Oddsmatrix license and skin for example?
