They charge 10% deposit and 10% withdraw charges.  I'm guessing they just buy a local Turkish account and offer it to their clients.  Does not seem very trustworthy to me.

Hello. How may I help you? (Merhaba. Nasıl yardımcı olabilirim?)

Support.1
Our bet365 accounts has no any special facilities. Your accounts might be limited if you make surebet or place max bet or many bets in same event in low division. We have no responsibilities if your accounts will be limited since we do give without limits. if your account will be limited you can withdraw all funds but 10% fixed commision will be taken. Your funds can move the new account if management team decides to give you new account , however 10% will taken again too.

bet365 with such fees - not interesting at all

what I would be interested in is that betfair with 3%, but then again, I don't know if they should be trusted, if anyone has any experience please do share it :)

thanks

You can always use one of the banners here and join Premiumtradings, they offer the shark tool which is basically a betfair account. 3.5% commission.

Signing up to them is a bit like walking down a rough street at night holding $5000 in cash above your head.  You might get it back home, but probably not.
