Arbusers

I need a VCC for UK bookies as many of them are now rejecting bonuses for Skrill/Neteller users. I found Entropay but
a) their fees seem pretty hefty
b) I don't know if the CC number they will provide corresponds to UK
c) I have read 100s of negative reviews written by people who have had their funds stolen by Entropay

Unfortunately the prepaid cards from Neteller and Skrill are not accepted by bookies so I'm not sure which other options I have.
