Best and Worst Books for Speed, Navigation and Dynamic Lines?

These are important when you are trying to move fast.

Betonline and 5Dimes' Dynamic Lines are the best.

The Bookmaker family of Books are the worst! They sign you out often and you have to log back in. You always have to refresh the page to get new odds. And their navigation sucks. Many clicks to get where you need to go.

Some Books like Intertops, have a search feature, so you only have to enter the Team name and they take you right to the odds. Others make you wade through many clicks to get there.

I'm from the U.S. so don't know about the Euro Books. Who is the best. Pinny is pretty fast and decent navigation.
