Hi @alfonso88. Other exchanges are already available on BetInAsia BLACK, including BF. Using OrbitX still allows you to have a different approach to betting/trading, so depending on your needs, you might go for one or the other to get it done.

Hi,

The Betinasia BLACK broker seems to be a great product, from what I hear.

Is there any chance you will apply for a permit from the Dutch betting authority when the market opens up on April 1st?

Are you sure about the date? April 1st?
And also how do you know this new regulation includes brokers as well, and not limited in classic bookmakers and exchanges?
Thank you.

Latest I've heard from the government announcement website states that "parties" who are interested in obtaining a license can start applying for one starting from April 1st (that's the date the new legislation should finally come into effect: it's been laying around in the different houses of parliament since 2014).

Six months later, on October 1st the market is set to be opened for consumers to actually start gambling (& betting) online, but only with parties that have a license from the Dutch "Kansspelautoriteit" (the gambling authority).

The law states sports betting will become legal (it doesn't seem to differentiate between brokers/agents, exchanges or bookmakers), while other types of betting (politics, etc.) will remain illegal.
