For arbing is ok, but for trading no go. Odds sometimes are not regullary, pages  freez,  need several times to log. They need improvement. Cash out is not present.

1) 5% of premium charge added to commission of 5% will give a total commission of 5.25% or 10% ?

2) is there a rebate on commission based on volume, like on betfair?

will someone answer on this questions?

Hello Kustef,

In answer to your questions.

5% premium charge added to commission will mean 10% it's an additional 5% added to commissions - we will look at the wording of that term to ensure no confusion.

There Isn't a rebate on commissions based upon volume currently.

As stated in my opening post, we are aware of and value the forums considerable knowledge and so we would happily welcome any thoughts and recommendations where our service and commissions are concerned.

Most of the commissions imposed are just to mitigate against costs incurred ourselves and I have to admit as to being a little surprised by the lack of enthusiasm in having a facility to benefit from the liquidity that the exchange has, in jurisdictions where this wouldn't otherwise be possible.

I can only talk on my behalf, of course. My lack of enthusiasm is the same lack of enthusiasm that I have with betfair: premium charges. I don't see how I am supposed to arb under those conditions, but probably many will find a way :)

Best of luck!

I believe the problem lies in the Premium Charge.  Every user here who has any sort of decent volume can very quickly reach 10k profit for a few days...taking a big hit in the process with the 5% extra that will be charged.  If something could be implemented like a minimum amount of markets before the charge comes into place, this would not be a problem as the majority of users here would be losing long term at the exchange.

Currently it isn't possible to use software such as Bet Angel on the 21Bet exchange but this is something we are working on and hope to have changed in the near future.

As soon as we have developments regarding this, we'll be sure to inform the forum.
Please make this possible asap, me and my country mates are really looking forward to that improvement. I can guarantee that you will get much more customers because everyone here is missing an exchange besides betfair that accepts trading software

The commission is on the whole market winnings, like betfair, or on every single bet in a market like matchbook? Can I make trades and pay comission with my final winnings with 21bet?

Hello Empire,

The commission is based upon overall market position the same like Betfair. In answer to Can I make trades and pay commission with my final winnings with 21bet? YES you can.
