When was the last time you managed to withdraw funds from their site, and are you using AC88 as your agent?

anyone have issues of late with 9wickets account through AC88?

I do have an issue with them - I posted about it here:

https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3464272-9wickets-frozen-my-funds.html

Basically, I have over 5k EUR in the account and I cannot withdraw anything, I can still place bets as of now, but AsianConnect88 told me they are waiting for 9Wickets to approve my withdrawals ... it's becoming a nightmare ... Currently my account is "under investigation" according to AsianConnect88 but it's not suspended so I can still use it, but just withdrawals are not possible because of this "investigation" ... so I cannot access my funds even if I want to.

I'm very concerned with this situation and I hope it would get resolved, I'd advise anyone to be aware of 9Wickets, they don't seem to play fair at all. 100% of my bets are genuine, genuinely placed, I have downloaded and recorded all my account activity just in case - nothing is wrong there, but it seems like 9Wickets is the one that needs to be investigated and I am not sure why agents like AsianConnect88 is offering their services if they are causing so many hassles to their customers.

I will update if anything changes ... for now I don't have much to say as I'm waiting for Monday - as according to AC88, 9Wickets doesn't work on weekends so they won't respond today/tomorrow (Saturday-Sunday).

Just an update on my case - AsianConnect88 has informed me my 9Wickets account is now clear and unsuspended and I was able to make a withdrawal already from the account ... account got on hold on Friday and released today on Sunday (weekend).

I still don't know why my account was placed on hold ... I asked AC88 for the reason my account was temporarily suspended (from Friday until today) but unfortunately they couldn't disclose this information, and they only advised it's their upline (9Wickets) who triggered the suspension and now they lifted it.

I think for the sake of 9Wickets they need to have more transparency with their agents/customers or else they will find themselves without customers. For now I will continue using 9Wickets but any 2nd experience of the kind I had over this past weekend - and I won't take it lightly again.

Congrats Arie1985 for your withdrawal.
I dont see any issue coming out from the agent, so whatever it is it comes from 9wickets directly. I could never know why they suspended your account but this could be due to a number of reasons.

The Reason they didnt payout straight away is because they check your Account for certain "Uncertainties" . If you try to be more clever than 9Wickets , then they will close your Account. Did happen a couple of Times. The PT Model creates some smart Ways for extracting Money out of Exchanges.

Also watch out these scammers acc-ex.com. They have stolen my money without any notice.

Interesting stuff. But what stops FT or any other paper to make exactly the same experiment with Orbit exchange? Or any other white-label?

Why Orbit remains active instead of 9wickets which has been closed?
Seems 9wickets was illegal...after all.

9wickets went bust. The reputation damage was big and made no sense to continue this white label.

More choices in the market help for market efficiency. And also players will not be blackmailed by agents or anyone else. For now, it is only Orit and Fairexchange in the market. Fairexchange is no good in my opinion. A new white label is needed.

Maybe because Orbit is even more illegal than 9wickets. There is pressure from regulators, journalists, the system, and if you think clearly you will see that the answer is to go even deeper in illegality so they will never get you.

Is there any way we have a comparison among Orbit, Mountbet, FairExchange and the other white labels? I believe it would help a lot.

More or less you get the same, so what is left to compare is who (the agent) is providing it and how reliable he is.

OK, so what is your suggestion right now?
