I have a gold membership and it still happens, recently i have not seen a lot of corner arbs between pinnacle and bet365 but when i did, all of them are by far wrong.

but if they appear again. i will make a screen shot

New season, same problems on weekend...pinnacle odds are WRONG...they don't update.
Soft bookies as well, see eurobet for instance...snai as well. They update slower than ususal.
Support is not available on weekend, It's dangerous using Bov in this moment!

My surebet page is full of "old" high odds...surebets don't disappear when odd drops...I've informed them via site but no anwer, they aren't even reading my complaint. Soft italian bookies and pinnacle are working very bad...sbobet and dafabet good but nothing changed compared to last season...
Personal rating 5/10 (5 years ago it was 9/10).
I'm able to doing something because of Betburger as second software.
The lack of the assistance during the weekend is completely illogical.

Don't you think no assistance on weekend is weird?
It's like paper shops open at evening, it's like I decide to sell skis on the beach...
We need help immediately if the program doesn't work, especially yesterday and today.

Arbitrage is not a 9-5 business. They should be having Customer Support services during weekends.

Our developers were notified and shortly they began working to restore everything back to normal, however it took them more time than initially estimated given the complexity of the problems. I'm 2 days trying to pay the subscription but without success, it continues to go wrong.

Today BOV activity stopped at 5.30 pm...it's saturday and I would like to keep arbing but the software is k.o. again. I'm not angry, I'm resigned.
One thing is sure: it's no more possible to work seriously only with bov, what needs to be done is
buying another service to work with together, I did it last spring and I can say to have bought some tranquillity even spending the double compared to the past.
