So the questions are:
1. Is redarmybet safe to deposit and arb with?
2. How would you wager in order to finish the roll over requirements as described in the bonus rules?

Never used them but having read the rules, please keep in mind you cannot arb the bonus and roll it over.  You can't withdraw over 1k from the bonus money (so any extra winnings there from the rollover will be forfeit) and you also cannot use your deposit money to roll over the bonus, so it has to be the bonus money itself. 

Those 2 points make it impossible to arb/rollover the deposit.  You can try to roll it over by simply value betting as that's the only way to do it.

If you win too much with them you are under danger of losing money because of the €/£1000 cup. Even if you don't claim the full bonus and deposit much lower than 333 you never know what happens cause a winning streak might kill you (funny  and sick together  ).
As for value betting first you must see if this bookmaker has any value (early lines, mistakes, etc) and then calculate the average % per month and per volume.
Suppose that 8% performance is good it should be safe starting with a deposit of 200 get 400 more as a bonus and then win until it goes to 1000. Since it is value betting you shouldn't care about going higher than 1000 because you have no collateral damage from other legs.

P.S: This should be the first bonus that I see where value betting is much better than arbing, trading or matched betting to clear it.
