i dont need alot of people, i just connect with two good transactors, they are Albanians nd have the connections, i just call them or they call me and we exchange. so i dont need to stand on the street and there is not so much trust involved since we sit and they give me the money cash and i transfer theirs instantly.

There is a 10.000 euros threshold that one can carry with him with out declaring it within the European Union.

To sum up,
I m not convinced about the legality of the process as we are having 2 different countries, one within EU, the second being outside.
An other matter that you can only answer is: Is betting profits taxable in Finland?

I would go for the e-wallets money transfer for peace of mind, even if I have to pay an expensive fee.
