Baseball

Sun Jun 03, 2018 8:02 pm

Hi. I am new in the business and I spent my first weeks mainly watching how alert services work, which bookies are most valuable etc, but there is one thing that concerns me and that's arbs in baseball. I see many arb opportunities in MLB and that may look like a perfect market in terms of lack of limitations, big stakes etc, but I heard somewhere that it is risky because different bookies have different rules in situations when a pitcher is changed during a game and that would cause make some bets voided.

Could someone be so helpful and tell something specific about these rules, or forward me to the website/topic on this forum where it is described?

Thank you.

I think most books set total and runline wagers to listed pitchers so be careful. Moneyline wagers you should be able to select action so if there is a starting pitcher change bets aren't voided.
