To updated my story with Pinnacle.
They unblocked my account and I can bet normally now. They did it after 15 days but had the same documents from the first/second day.

They gave me this reply

Dear Pinnacle' Client,

Your account has been restored.

We appreciate you providing some of the requested documentation.

Please be advised that we may request additional documentation in the future, if needed.


Bold. This means they have left open the possibility to block my account in any time as they suit. It's ridiculous. How can I now afford to have any substantial sum there?
It seems that law for which they are asking the documents isn't that strict as they can obey it at will.

Ridiculous indeed. They are keeping you a hostage.
I suggest you act like following:
1. Reply to them asking under what circumstances stances you will be asked for additional documents and what these documents might be.
2. Publish their answer the way you did.
3. Reduce exposure.
4. Consider using an agent for some of the markets where Pinnaclesports account is not needed.

Thank you for reporting.
This tactic of bookmakers, keeping players as hostages, with an unlimited and never ending KYC is one of the traps to be avoided.
