I tried to create an account with Cloudbet but i got a message saying players from my jurisdiction are not allowed....

I am in the UK, and as far as im aware, Cloudbet is allowed in the UK....

I contacted support, and they just copy and pasted the same message to me over and over....saying if i got the message, i wouldn't be able to create an account. When i asked why, they just said the same thing.

I asked them to confirm if cloudbet is allowed in the UK.....and they said yes. I asked them to confirm if jurisdiction referred to country....and they said yes...so i asked them to clarify why i was not allowed to create an account...and they said...

Players from your jurisdiction are not allowed...

The most frustrating chat ever.....anyone know whats going on?

Try use VPN and change country,they are not asking for any documents even if they ask you can always say you are abroad for some time.
