1xbet scam, but I should have read arbusers earlier

Mon Aug 27, 2018 5:28 pm

As anyone alse I have been scammed by this book.

I did not think that in 2018 there can be still russian mafia on this, especially online.

They keep saying that they sent the money, but they did not really. I show my bank statement but they did not care.

Is there anything I can do?

thanks in advance.

Sorry to bring you bad news Giorgio, but most likely you're not seeing that money ever again. Has happened to you, to me and to hundred others. Just stay away from them in the future...

Personally had serious problems getting my money from one of their white labels but finally succeeded and got paid.

At first, withdrawal denied and they asked for ID verification. Passed.

Then they asked for additional documents (utilities, ewallets screenshots etc). Passed.

Then, nightmare started:

''We ask you to provide us with a photo where you hold your document in your hand near your face on the background of the mailing with security department.''

I did that as well, almost broke my neck to take those photos. However, photos were always rejected, asking for a better quality all the time. Had sent them different photos 10 times with no success.

I was aware that betwinner.com is advertised in a polish forum. I told them that i would post my case in the polish forum. They have a representative there and surprisingly almost zero complaints so obviously they care more for their reputation in Poland than any other country atm.

After i mentioned polish forum, they immediately told me that i can now withdraw my funds.

Was like a miracle tbh. But guess what, now there was error with the payment processor.

I immediately told them that according to their representative in Polish forum, payment processor errors are solved fast and smooth.

After 2 minutes i had the funds in my ecopayz account, the processor that was in error 2 minutes ago.

Since you have nothing to loose, imo tell them that you are going to post your case in Polish Betting Forums. If you don't succeed, post a complaint here. They have a representative on that forum so on paper you have more chances to get your money.

Hello apoel,

I read your story about 1xBet here on Arbusers, where you said that they finally allowed you to withdraw your money after you mentioned a Polish forum where they have their representatives.

I am also one of many getting fooled around by their ridiculous verification process.

Please could you tell me, which Polish forum did you mention that they allowed you to withdraw so fast?

Please help me!

Thank you so much.

Hi mate, apologies for late response, just seen your post.

I personally mentioned this forum
https://www.forum.bukmacherskie.com/threads/betwinner-pytania-opinie-spostrzezenia-ogolne-informacje.153180/

As you can see, Betwinner has a representative there to answer questions, solve problems etc so it is obvious that they care more for their reputation in Poland atm.

You can threat them that you will post your case in the most known polish forums

Last, just seen 1xbet had a representative here but that was 2 years ago. Obviously they still care for Polish though

Thank you so so much, I will definitely fight for my money, as I did nothing wrong.

I posted my story at foxbet.pl forum and after 5 minutes they deleted my post and blocked me from posting and replying.

Will try the other forums you mentioned, for sure.

I you have any other suggestions or somethings that might help crosses your mind, letting me know on PM would be much appreciated.

Thanks again.

All the best.

Better threat 1xbet that you will going public on those forums imo. Posting in those forums will be your next action.

Sent a message to admin at foxbet. Was unable to comment or post there when i registered as well. Sent an email to admin, explained him the situation and he opened my account. Maybe you have to check the rules for new members etc. I was told that they have issues with bots etc and this was the reason why my account was blocked.

I contacted one of their employees who I guess took Eli Todosov's place in the company and got the answer that my case has been forwarded to the Public relations department, so that gave me at least a bit hope, will see.

P.S.

Did you reply to their email you got from security-en@1xbet.com or did you use some their other emails/departments?

I guess the security department will just ignore my emails.

Ok, thanks for the information.

They are still holding my money and accusing me for using multiple accounts, but I will continue to fight.

Will keep you updated.
