This is a very new bookmaker that started operations in mid August this year. Therefore there is limited info around. So far there are complaints about poor customer service, but on the other hand, the founder and CEO of the company is known in the industry I assume he will not disappear with  money in his hands.
To sum up, it is too early to say.

verification took around 10 days for me but got paid at the end. Had to told them that i would post a compaint at askgamblers though, after that to get paid after 30 minutes. Maybe they were just lazy to verify my account as i was about break even/small profit when i asked for a withdrawal, not sure it was a stalling technique.

Other than that, the only review i found for them is in german forum

All info would be nice, looks like solid bookie with ok markets...

They dont want to pay. Yesterday i got an email containing following information: For a fact, my account was verified before.

You were identified as being linked with another customer doing group bets and through other actions. This clearly goes against the rules of Betzest.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. Please refer to our General Terms & Conditions:

3.8 Betzest reserves the right to confiscate any funds or winnings created by fraudulent activity related to multiple accounts. Should we have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened with the intention to defraud the company, Betzest reserve the right to cancel any transaction related to said fraud attempts. Any accounts containing but not limited to the same personal information, bank account, IP address or else shall be considered "Duplicate Accounts". Any Duplicate Accounts may be closed by us immediately; account balances will be deemed as forfeited by the holder. In such an event the deposit will be the subject to control check form the Betzest.

13.3 If groups of players acting in collusion or as a syndicate or individual players who register several times, set up fictitious accounts or use front men attempting to take unfair advantage of the bonus offers, Betzest reserves the right to bonus amounts, cancel any winnings made with these bonus offers, and close accounts. Non-recreational players and those trying to misuse bonus promotions are restricted from the promotions. Betzest reserves the right to terminate or change any bonus offer at any time.

You are eligible to withdraw only your deposits of 300 Euros. This is a sign of goodwill since you have been a customer of us for more than one year. After you will withdraw this amount, you account will be suspended.

In order to make a withdraw you have to provide:

1-   A selfie photo holding your Identity Document and an A4 Paper in which you must write “Betzest” and today’s date.
2-   A utility bill like water, gas, electricity or a bank statement of the recent 3 months in which your name and home address must be shown. This document must be a pdf file or a photo of the original.
3-   A photo of your Master Card you have used to deposit, front and back, covering middle numbers.
4-   A Bank Statement of your Master Card in which the transfer made to Betzest is shown.

The conclusion? They identified me simply because my friend had account with them also and when they asked her the neteller transactions(last 3 months), there was a clearly seen that i sent money to her neteller. No same IP, same decive etc happened.  Maybe some bets were onto same markets simply because we shared "tips" between us but thats all. If this is a "syndicate" action then bookies can close all account who follow well known tipsters... This is BS tbh.. I will submit complaints but this is just a warning that if you want to be ok then dont play on their site. They will limit you within few bets and will try to steal your money(even 50eur) if you want to withdraw. '

Also, their customer support sux, finance department also because they simply dont answer emails and if they do, they repeat the same thing or just give some silent treatment. Only way you can really contact them is via live chat but those people cant or dont want to do anything. First thing they say when you contact via live chat is "can i learn your username" then they will say please wait for many minutes and then they say please send and email to finance@betzest.com. Is there anything else?
Really really bad company to deal with.
