Hi

I never see fu*king like this by verification,i have there some 180€ and they send me new and new request what to send more....i send in first mail all what they wont.....then they ask me to send more and more stupid pictures....this is realy crazy,its cleary to see that they in support f*ck costumers in head....

The quality of photos you have provided is not good enough to process your request.
Most of the document data is blurry and unreadable on any zoom level. A part of the document data is not visible, because you covered it with your finger. The photo is taken from a very short distance and it is not clearly visible that it is the owner who is holding the document.

Please provide higher quality photos taken from a short distance with good lighting. This photo must contain clear visible passport (ID card) data as well as it should be clearly visible that it is the owner, who is holding the document.

You better shave your dick before photo is taken so they won't complain it's not clear visible:P

This just goes to show any old idiots can become bookmakers because of the lack of proper regulation in the industry. Best to avoid such shady companies and bet with reputable bookmakers and exchanges only.

It's hard enough having to deal with well rated betting companies some of the time so I wouldn't go near any of the dodgy ones if you paid me.
