Basically I haven't been able to reach the site in 3 days, not on desktop, VPS or mobile.  No other issues with internet or any other website.

I can confirm that their site is ok, today, yesterday and the day before...They scan 1/5 of what they should provide, as usual, but at least the site is not offline, try to clean cookies, reset router ip etc...

This is very strange.  Is their provider somehow blocking IP's from my country?  I can reach them through a UK VPS but not from my local IP, mobile IP or a local VPS I use. Glad the service is OK though.

it works here.. same country, not sure which provider you use

Try diff browser or clearing cached files/images in chrome?

Did all that, as I said I get the same error on my mobile phone and a local VPS.  No worries, it works fine with a UK VPS.

They are terrifying...this moment, like always, bov doesn't show elementary crosses that bb is providing: tennis moneyline, team under/over, simple under/over!!! all of them with bookies regularly flagged into the software.
Having said this, I really hope they won't leave the market.

I always inform you via email (my last one yesterday at 2.47 pm) but you don't answer fast...you haven't yet replied. I'm sick of you even I regularly buy annual subscription, do you really want me to post here your bugs/missings? I'm fair but I'm not stupid, I bet you'd prefer me to write them in private, via email. I've done it several times in the past but almost anything changed, only 2-3 times you improved what I asked.
If I used only your software my arber career would be already finished, I need your software because of my country but I'm not happy at all...sorry.
