I want to open an account but may change address when the lease finishes in a few months time.
Will this be (or is there any history of this being) problematic when they ask for proof of address once I have changed address?

it shouldn't be. People are moving all the time...

When you want to withdraw your money and they ask after your phonebill make this It is no problem when the adress have changed.

Just open account as normal and verify address asap.  Then when you move update your account and they may want another bill to confirm new address.  It shouldnt be any problem at all.
