Is this a middle ?

fuenlabrada  1,07 under 4.5

Or this ?

1. fc cologne 1,15 over 1.5
1. fc magdeburg 1,1 under 5.5

What is a good over/under middle ?

Yes but you'll have to think yourself if it will make any money in the long run.

They are not middles, in a middle you have an outcome which pays and all the others that make you break even or vice versa like over 2.5 @2.00 and under 3.5@2.00 combined so with 3 goals you go in profit and on the others outcoumes you break even
