Don't really get you. What you mean by "what you make out of this"? They are like a soft to me atm. Soft bookie which is pretty "safe" which means won't freeze my balance or start asking for 123456 documents when withdrawal is requested. So slashed limits isn't something what makes me happy. And you got an answer for second question: as a softs they are shite setting odds so Im not surprised they cut limits drastically. This is like 188bet story to me. Also what I meant by my question was seeking opinions about precisely WHY they cut their limits so badly / went to drain, which you mentioned you don't know: "due to some circumstances I don't really get they went to drain". I don't know either.

Hard to know what they're up to. They're not limiting like a soft book, which does it for individual accounts - these are across the board. But then what's the point having agent access at all? You're not going to attract soft money that way.

Simple. Tried to open an account with them and deposit but they got only bank transfer or card payment options for my country.. I'm not happy to send and receive money direct from/to my bank account from bookies that are blacklisted here, too much hassle if spotted by tax office. In the last two days I've realized that Sbobet odds were lower than agent, now I'm checking and have
confirm (see attachment, the first image I'm logged in, the second no).
Bad surprise...really bad.

suddenly all odds were cutted 0.02 and theres a heavy webpage delay, so most bets are rejected because sbo site updated to slow..

I've lost 7700 euro from 2011 but I've reached the top of losses on february 2016 (-36500) so in the last 3 years I've earned 28000 and i guess it hurts them.
Can you check if in the last period your balance is positive or negative?
As regards speed, I don't see anything strange.

I also use a couple of agents, Asianodds odds are the same of my personal Sbobet account, Betinasia Black, instead, has regular odds but half limits. If Sbobet payments were not so fast as they are, I'd begin thinking bad...
