Topic self-explanatory.
Worried about Skrill some day just closing the account for some reason (violating merchant T&C, multi-accounting, whatever they come up with).
Is there cases like this? If they close the account, so be it, but are the consumers protected to get their balance withdrawn or can Skrill freely confiscate money?
How safe is it to keep money in Skrill?

depends on whether you're doing any of those things. skrill can't just confiscate funds like a bookmaker from curacao (altough they can freeze for ridiculous amounts of time), in the end, they're regulated in the uk and have some sort of burden ot proof. why would they be able to build a case against some regular punter for "violating the merchant T&C"? you're a better judge than us if you have something to worry about.

I'm in the same situation and hoping for an answer from someone with experience. I think that they will let you withdraw before closing the account but this is just an assumption.
@Littletroll1 why dont you put the money in a safe (could be in the bank threasury or not) and sleep calm.
