Just wondering about people's experiences with IBAS?

I found them almost useless. They seem to be in the pockets of the bookies. It's like the criminal getting to decide whether he's guilty or not.

I've submitted cases to them a few times. One case took a year for them to rule, despite being something that can be decided in 10 minutes max. And they didn't making a ruling as such, just informed me that the bookie would pay out. A pending case has been going on for 8 months now, with no response, again despite it being easily solvable in minutes.

They need to be replaced by a proper organisation.

Believe me they are useless.
