They wanted me to show where the funds from my account came from. The funds went into my Skrill from another member of Skrill.
Now bet365 are asking how I know this other person, and they want a copy of his ID, and they want to see proof of how the funds got into HIS Skrill account.
This is insane. Can I just tell them to close my account, and send me my money? I think I only deposited about $5,000 to their book, and I won about $6,000. I'd be happy to just be done with them.
If they won't send my money, what should I tell them for how I know this person? it's an acquaintance, and he has also played at their book, and won.

Not looking great to be honest, theyve got you down as a multi-accounter and you will quite possibly only get your deposit returned and winnings voided.

Skrill and neteller is dead if this practice is to be continued by bet365. It is nor fair, when they lose to look for "ghosts"
Bet365 are common cheaters if they dont pay you. They dont have the right to ask you something like this..Call Mga and ask a lawyer if this practice is legal ..You should not have answered on how you fund yous skrill acc.

I contacted an attorney and I told bet365 to fuck off. This was a ridiculous request. When I mentioned that I had retained an attorney, magically they no longer needed this verification and they released my funds.

The UK is getting stupid in over-regulation, and its giving the sportsbooks an unethical hold over our legitimate funds on occasion!!
Re: bet365 asking how I funded my Skrill account
Here in the UK books and casinos are getting stupid regarding ID and especially "source of wealth" Absolutely it should be no business of them how you fund your account as long as you show it came from an account in your name.heybaby wrote: I contacted an attorney and I told bet365 to fuck off. Re: bet365 asking how I funded my Skrill account
This is typical corporate ethos the way Bet365 understands it.
The forum was correct when it said that you must keep aside some funds for legal fees.
There will be a time very soon, that players will, in the end, go to courts to receive their money. The threat of a court will not be enough.
It is cheaper for bookmakers to remain incompetent.

Very weird action from bet365, never seen that happened to me or any of my clients and friends. They probably detected same IP between your account and your friends one. Glad you got your money.
