Arbusers

Seems Skrill turned to be complete scams.

They asked documents to reactivate (recheck) the account.

I have sent them photos of my passport and photo with me with today's date.

they rejected the documents
though when they were verifying it for the first time it was quite ok

Well, I did that procedure about 6 times (changing the picture with date) and opened many tickets

All photos of perfect quality.
They wrote that they need BOTH sides of my passport, but I always send them 2 sides
Once they wrote that they need to verify my address - but the address is already verified and no address document could be accepted by their system

My nerves are almost finished...

and that retards took 200 euro during inactivity period, just 200 euro left on my acc

Is this account referred by arbusers? Maybe we could take a look at it with our manager.

It is unlocked now

and unlocked in a strange way - they wrote documents are not accepted

but later told that account is verified.

I suppose now they do not accept documents that can not be verified by robots - just to save time they discard such documents.
