Hi everyone
I have heard that bookmakers who have license in italy like for example bet365.it
report profits of the client to the tax office. But this doesent make a lot of sense. Has anyone any information about this?

Re: Bookmakers in italy tax report
Why should they do if winnings are already taxed?
Where did you take that info? In my opinion this is a big fake news.

There was a huge hacker attack against the revenue agency in bulgaria this year and the data of almost everybody appeared online. So when I saw what they have on me - they have bookmaker data. And they not only have deposits and withdrawals, but bets and every single casino spin you make.So probably they have it in Italia also

Yes they do. Since every bet is confirmed by ADM servers. Thats why sometimes you see waiting for ADM confirmation to confirm a bet. So all bet history and winnings is in ADM servers connected with your codice fiscale. Italy and Spain are the most controlled by government betting systems. They have very similar betting legislation.Niklaus wrote: Hi everyone
