AML5

Any opinions about the new AML procedures that will kick in next year ? From what i understand the new directive is targeting in the most part virtual (ewallets) and crypto currency and high risk transactions (gambling and real estate). Was talking to a friend who works at verification of implementation of AML procedures at banks and was saying that banks will be required to do random source of wealth checks even for small sums. I expect that PaySafe will become more aggressive with checks targeted at users from EU, if the company will make two entities after Brexit than maybe transactions outside of EU will be less strict.

I really hate this EU shit, we should all leave this Bolshevik EU Party. I so understand why people in the UK want Brexit.

I completely agree with you, no sense in all those procedures
