Lot of brokers accept one payement and you can withdraw to other method without any problems, maybe only with small fees so check with them and deposit there, make small turnover and withdraw your funds to other payment provider

Appreciate all the replies and understand your points Arbusers. If I was breaking terms of service then I clearly would not be making all this noise. The only reason I am making this noise is because I know I have done nothing wrong. Im not here to plead innocence, merely to state the Ecopayz has done this, and to the best of my knowledge have provided me no reason.

Even if I had committed some breach of terms and service, surely the proper course would be for Ecopayz to contact authorities. THEY ARE NOT LETTING ME WITHDRAWAL MY BALANCE WITHOUT ANY REASON. I just don't understand how you cannot see how wrong that is. If Ecopayz does not want my business then no problem, let me know, let me withdrawal and end of story. Not allowing me to withdrawal is theft! I will be looking into options of taking this complaint further.

I was aware that depositing to an exchange or broker would be my best backup option. But as a matter of principal I have to try at least to get Ecopayz to let me withdrawal my own money! Thanks all for the replies

As someone who has used Ecopayz for a longtime I have been moving back to using my own personal bank account. I have had issues with Ecopayz in recent times and I am not at all surprised to read this. Unfortunately  I think we will be reading many similar cases in the times ahead. We really arn't left with many great options, and for those multi-accounting well online wallets seem to be the only option.

Ecopayz in the very least should be allowing this user to withdrawal. Offering to dump funds to merchant is a joke.

Still not getting anywhere with Ecopayz and they are still refusing to let me withdrawal my balance without any reason given. I have just made a complaint with a financial ombudsman. If anyone has any other suggestions on how I may go about getting my balance withdrawn please make contact. Thank you

Update, I deposited most of my money onto an exchange, rolled over and withdrew via bank account.

I still have a remaining balance on ecopayz of about 1K Euro which is now lost as account has been closed and Ecopayz is unresponsive to emails. I had some withdraws coming into Ecopayz from sportsbooks as obviously it gets tricky to withdraw from some sportsbooks via different methods. Ecopayz closed my account during this time and now my funds are obviously there but closed on. Ecopayz won't reply to my emails.

I signed up using the arbusers banner, arbusers has been of no help but clearly happy to take the affiliate cut. I repeat there was and has still be no reason given. I am not a multi accounter, I have not laundered money, I have all documents, can take phone calls etc etc I have no fucking idea why Ecopayz has closed my account and is no literally stealing money.

The bigger problem here is not my 1K, although I would love to have it back or let me deposit it onto an exchange again. It's the fact Ecopayz are being complete cowboys and Arbusers is happy to accept it as a cost of business while their banner remains at the top of this page. If this has happened to me, it will happen to others.

I believe your comments are not fair for the forum.

Can you deny that we did anything within our powers to sort your case out? There is a number of e-mails exchanged with you and subsequent communication with ecoPayz in regard to your account. As highlighted before, this time you didn't receive the support you were looking for from our forum, not because we don't want to help you, but because we can't. Notice, there are 1000s of other cases that did receive our support, some times beyond expectations.

Let's make it clear. Arbusers referral links should not be considered as any sort of immunity or impunity. Of course, I am not implying that aybaby or anyone else is a potentially fraudulent client.

Ewallets are not evils. They have every interest in the world to allow clients using them, but at the same time, they have restrictions and rules that must be followed.

We highlighted ecoPayz reaction on your account, to be allowed to deposit to merchant(s), but refused to withdraw funds back to ecoPayz. This is something new that we wanted our members to know.

So we can send money to our agent accounts using ecoPayz but then we are not able to withdraw what we might earn with our bets to the ecoPayz wallet?  :'(
I mean...
Just few questions:

Does skrill follow the same "rule"?

So ecoPayz thinks users broke terms and conditions. What exactly consist of this break? Making too much money from a bookie or agent? Is this what they call a fraudulent client?

Just wanted to know for my own good. Thanks

EcoPayz is a trading name of PSI-Pay which is a UK company.

Have you thought about using UK small claims court?

I doubt PSI-Pay would contest the claim as it would be more expensive for them to 'lawyer up' and attend the hearing than it would be to settle the claim

They might still be pricks and still not pay up but you could then sell your debt, with a small loss, to bailiffs (or some other debt management company) who will then send their goons to a PSI-Pay office to collect goods to meet the value of the original debt plus their own costs and expenses.

I respect your comments and you sure did try to help me with the case. For that I am grateful. But I don't believe I am being unfair. I am merely stating the facts of my account.
I know for sure I did not break any TOS, so this "very solid reason" is so full of bullshit for me and means nothing. My account was only used to deposit and withdraw from books and transfer to one other person, less than 10K total for my account life. This is within Ecopayz TOS is it not. They have literally closed my account (which they are entitled to do) without reason. And now they have frozen me out of my own funds, and remain unresponsive.
I know Ecopayz has a pretty good name, I have done my research. But these are the facts. I am not being unfair in stating them for the forum members. This will happen to other people I am sure. Maybe Ecopayz have me mixed up or maybe they are feeling the pinch of increased regulation and becoming like skrill/neteller.
