The real question is what is considered as money laundering from e-wallets and when these cases will be reported.

Unless there is something we don't see, what is changing is a tighter frame and the danger of serving to jail for 5 years. We are still hostages of Skrill and Neteller and to what they deem as money laundering activities. Literally, it could be anything they don't like.
