A number of bettors are trying to access Betfair with a VPN service. In this article we will examine if this is a good practice and when you could access a Betfair account with minimal risks. We will also examine if you can use a VPN service with Betfair’s white labels like Orbit.
Betfair is a must have tool for the smart bettor. Over the years a number of exchanges (Smarkets, Matchbook, Betdaq) tried to replace Betfair from the top, but the only thing they achieved was to add a little competition. At the same time, Betfair became a victim of regulations and as result their business decision was to leave all freshly regulated markets. This created a need for several bettors to access Betfair with a VPN service, from a prohibited country.
We explained in the past why it is very wrong to access your Bet365 and WilliamHill accounts with a VPN service. The same applies to almost all soft bookmakers. Pretty much for the same reasons you should not access your Betfair account too with a VPN. They (Betfair) have gone too far in identifying the use of a VPN service, so it makes no sense searching for unknown services who are not blacklisted. They are all blacklisted.
So, if you are already accessing your Betfair account with a VPN service, you must be 100% sure that they already know it. So you might wonder, why am I allowed to use their services? You will find out the hard way at a later stage. Probably, when you request a payout problems will arise. This might happen even sooner after a random check. Yes, they allow you to bet now because you contribute to the exchange’s liquidity. Liquidity is vital for every bookmaker and especially for every exchange.
On the other hand, Betfair’s white labels like Orbit will even guide you in using a VPN service. This is the only way you could access these white labels if their web address is blacklisted in your country. You can use all mainstream VPN services with Orbit with no problem. Double standards you might say, and you are completely with with it.

Betfair VPN
Be VERY careful with Betfair.
They put me through months of HELL last year, before closing my account for no reason.
And I was a UK customer with no VPN and full genuine ID and verification.
Once they ask you for SOW or suspect VPN, you will be in a world of hurt.
Much better to use agents that offer access to Betfair markets.

I can't imagine there would be a problem with a VPS.There must be hundreds if not thousands of traders and bettors using a VPS to run bots on Betfair. I haven't run into any problems myself with a UK VPS.

Yes. It's OK with that.
I suggest Pure vpn as a program
Or Browsec vpn as browser extension.
The second one is the cheaper
