After contacting AsianConnect with the permission of the OP, we have the following information:

1. It is Orbit exchange that detected and confirmed that your account had fund passing activity, the reason why it has been suspended.
2. Your account is not referred by arbusers as you claimed.

At this point, we believe it is useless to contact AsianConnect with any request, as all decisions are taken on Orbit's level. Therefore, it is better for you to follow czoker's advise and contact Orbit directly and see what you could get from there.

Really, they say that? I remember to refer arbusers...
I don't believe that is Orbit decision... but thanks a lot anyway for the effort.
I'm trying to contact them, but no one replies...

The same situation heppend to me. The same reason.
What is the worst, Asian Connect don't want to help. They even talk to not contact Orbit...
So what should we do? Let them take our money?

Hello mate,

My problem still the same, no money and no reply.
I've sent an email to Curação and they have forward it to Orbit, but no one reply to my question.
If you have the direct contact or email of Orbit can you please give me so I can reach them directly?
