BET365 cash out function trap
« on: March 03, 2020, 01:34:58 AM »

I was losing money at BET365 more than 10000euros this current 2020 year and my account is 10 years old.Tryed new betting system which could work to get win using cash out with their new technology option they offer. My account balance started to rise little by little and I won almost all 2020 year loses back. But other days when I logged in to my account they sent me a message which says they disabled cash out new technology function to my account.I hit live chat immediately and asked about rules using cash out new technology function they provide could it be something wrong if I do cash outs for all bets I place? They do not replied nothing straight to this answer and I did not find any rule that using cash out function too much can violate any of their terms. But that is not all I tryed to place new bets without cash out function and they not accept them either! I do place bet usually with 3 or 4 figures.I asked live chat person why I can not place bets without cash out new technology function? They replied it is traders and management decision but it can be reviewed later I just need to place low amount bets they offer 5-25euros.Okay I do agree with this and hit deposit funds but found out there is no neteller deposit option which I always used to fund my account.I ask what problem with my deposit option I used always?

"I understand you have been left disappointed that you no longer have the option to deposit via Neteller. Following a Company decision, the option to deposit via Neteller is no longer available to you and you will be required to fund your account using an alternative, some of which I have provided for you below."

So they offer me only bank deposit which I can not use as they block gambling transactions and paysafecard which has very bad feedback on the internet and they do not take any responsibilities for using this method if bought code is fraudulent or not works.
As I understand there is hidden rules on using cash out option and if you use it in almost all placed bets BET365 can react negatively and block this option and reduce amounts you can place future bets.So please be careful. Why do company offer this new technology function if it is not fully tested and can cause such troubles to their customers?

Removing cash out function is a standard practice for them when they decide to restrict your account. I doubt it has anything to do with the fact you used the cash out function often.

It looks like they are following their handbook to discourage you from betting with them. Probably they identified a winning pattern and they are not happy with that.

They have clause 2.1 which states that money should be withdrawn in the same way the deposit was made. Otherwise they contradict themselves

It is very disappointing that disabling e-wallets has become a play in that playbook.
Of course players from "grey markets" will not be happy using bank accounts and risking their local tax service asking questions.
On the other hand, bet365 is still very happy to accept losing players from that same markets, although governments warn them, block IPs etc.

Actually it's against AML also. You can only withdraw to the same place where you deposited from. Depositing from Skrill and withdrawing to bank account is clear violation in AML laws/procedures. Sad that most people who get fcked from bet365 this way are multi accounters so they can't make relevant complaints about it...

They do allowed me to withdraw with neteller. But I withdrawed whole balance as I was not able to place bets as I did previously.Later after contacting live chat person told me that I need to place bets with current allowed amounts so they can review and for example after 1month fix this issue and allow to continue place bets as previous. But then I hit deposit button I did not found my always used neteller option.

"I understand you have been left disappointed that you no longer have the option to deposit via Neteller. Following a Company decision, the option to deposit via Neteller is no longer available to you and you will be required to fund your account using an alternative, some of which I have provided for you below."

"As requested, we have referred your account to our trading team to review. Unfortunately at this time there will be no changes made. However, accounts are reviewed on a regular basis and any updates will be made accordingly."

"In relation to the use of Neteller on your account, I can confirm that Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap and Neteller are no longer an available payment methods for you. You can view a list of alternative payment methods via the Payment Methods section of Help on the bet365 website."
