Ecopayz have closed my account and I can't even withdraw my funds (over 2000 pln - about 480 eur) or transfer it to any merchant.

I have received my withdrawal from betsafe bookmaker yesterday. Then I realised that I have about 20 euro less than I withdrew. Also I noticed that I can't do any transfer or even a card payment, so I wrote to them. They replied:

"We would like to kindly inform you that your funds deposits made with Sofort in the amount of EUR 21.13, which were credited to your ecoAccount on 28-03-2018 were canceled due to the fact that the funds were not available on your bank account."

I didn't even know that I had once made such a payment and that the money was not taken from my account. Today I received information that my account has been closed and I cannot withdraw money.

What can I do ?

Since March 2018 I have made many deposits with much larger amounts and I have never had a problem with Ecopayz. Why did they take my money today if it was a mistake in their payment system in 2018?
