Skrill & Neteller change fees

Wed Mar 18, 2020 10:48 am

Just heard that today Skrill and Neteller changed the 1st transfer fee from 30 to 90 euro. Is that true? Why not 900? haha

Starting from today - 18th March - we are changing the P2P fees for newly registered accounts in Skrill & Neteller.

Changes are as follows:
• For customers who have not made an eligible deposit to their Skrill/NT account >> First time P2P fee = 10% (min 100 EUR/ $); subsequent P2P fee will be 2.99% (no min, no max amount)
• For customers who do make an eligible deposit the P2P fee drops to the default one (1.45%)
• Applicable only for newly registered customers (after 18/03/2020)

As Eligible Deposit we consider all deposits, except:
• For Skrill – deposit with another P2P transfer, NETELLER, paysafecard or BitPay
• For NETELLER – deposit with P2P transfer, Skrill, paysafecard, Neosurf, Qiwi or BitPay

The change is applicable for accounts registered after 18th March only. For all users registered so far there will be no changes.

this is an absolute joke .
"The change is applicable for accounts registered after 18th March only. For all users registered so far there will be no changes."

Thats not true, changes have been applied to EVERY existing account that had not get rid of the 20% min 20e transaction before 18th of March, every other account (that had not made any p2p transactiont ill today) has been affected accordingly with the new rules, no matter when it created

They only fixed their own mistake now I suppose after massive complains. They definetely did it the way I described earlier . In fact they "over" corrected as now the older accounts that hadnt made the first p2p transaction , have now not to pay the 27e , they are going directly to 9e max 1,45%

The fact is that this is like the end of the most of the smart bettors, they can handle to pay 90euro + 2,99% without cap every time , is ridiculus

Boss, some times I feel that you are informed by the members of the forum. It should be the other way around. You should inform the members of the forum.

Paysafe is raising fees in a day when people die on the streets. This shows their corporate ethics.
I received maybe 100s of emails from companies that support their clients, reducing prices, even offering free shipping and other incentives like that. This is the only time during these last weeks that I see a company raising prices.

Well done Paysafe.

Can someone make it clear? Old accounts need to pay new fees (100 euro) or not?

Yes, it's not true that old account don't have new fee. My account from February (I didn't use it) have 10% fee.
PaySafe doing everything to stop seller accounts. This is probably 'game over' for most of them clients.

Accounts registered before March the 18th 2020 do not have to pay the new fees.

Mine is a VIP Silver account and I have double checked at the moment, for bank withdrawals I don't pay any commission
