We were just informed from PaySafe that, once again, there are additional changes in regards to the verification procedure.
Customers can still upload pictures of the front and back of their IDs, but no longer have the option to upload files with selfies from their computers. To fully complete the KYC process, users need to use the cameras of their laptops/phones for live selfie verification.

This is for both Skrill and Neteller.

We are informed this is for both old and new accounts. It is effective for all accounts.

Fuckers, probably they are thinking now with the pandemic they will catch money from the accounts.

I just logined to my main and another Skrill, no sign of the camera verification for the present... or do you guys see something else? I remember when they introduced the selfie verification in 2017 summer, users could use their accounts henceforward without uploading the selfie, so I hope they will not close the accounts if somebody does not complete it. F*ck paysafe by the way!

I believe verified accounts are OK for now. But when/if they're prompted to be verified again at some point in the future, because occasionally they're asked to go through the process again... then they will have to pass the camera verification procedures.

Yes, for now. I tried to deposit some btc for test and i cannot without laptop camera. Shame. I don't it is paysafe or EU alm regulations. Maybe a both.

From many months I got basic level because my country banned foreign bookies and I just using to prepaid card to shopping.

They will ask for some accounts, same as they did with the photo of tha date, not to all but for some.

at the moment they are very strict with accepting documents. a real horror. they seem to decline almost everything. anyone else ?

You can count on it, PaySafe will ask for the camera verification for all accounts new or old.
Let me remind you that the problem started when a number of clients reported their OLD accounts being asked to complete camera verification, and PaySafe ''claimed'' it was a ''bug''.

Smart betting as we know is simply dying. it is not dying from Coronavirus, but it is murdered by PaySafe.
Even if sporting events will start again, and I believe they will start again, the smart betting will not be the same.
First, because PaySafe skyrocketed the fees. This is how the black market is working exactly.
Secondly, because camera verification will kick almost everyone out of business. Some very well organized people will stay in business but their fees will also skyrocket and their margins will be very much limited.

Shame on PaySafe. I m sure they don't realize that they are killing their own business.

What i don't understand is why camera verification is not compulsory for Bet365. They could have kick all multiaccounters that way
