I’m led to believe Asianconnect are in financial trouble.
They stalled for weeks on my payments with the excuse;
“We are just waiting some funds to be credited in our account but rest assure that we will be processing your request once we have received it. Please expect an email from us once it is already processed. “
After weeks I was finally paid 10k of my balance and told;
“ Due to Covid-19 pandemic nationwide, we shall be limiting the withdrawals to 10,000 EUR/GBP until end of the virus as are having a hard time to transfer funds back to Europe. ”
We all know this broker lies...little white lies. But now take note; they are in financial trouble and cannot pay players out.
I am not the only one.

Re: Asianconnect88 financial trouble? Lies and deception
I think it is a normal situation in this strange scenario that we are living, if each of us go to the bank and take out their money, also the banks would be in trouble
asianconnect is a serious company, I have known your boss personally for many years and believe me he has enough money to pay everyone, but this situation is difficult to control for any company, you have to be patient and not panic

Re: Asianconnect88 financial trouble? Lies and deception
There is a player with a 6 figure balance they haven’t paid out for weeks and has been told he can only have 10k until the pandemic is over.
I’m sure many others too.Unacceptable to lie to players. At least be honest and upfront.

Re: Asianconnect88 financial trouble? Lies and deception
I dont understand how they could be "in trouble" Surely all clients funds are at the bookmakers (Pinnacle etc). So a withdrawal would involve the bookmaker paying AC, then AC paying you.
Im sure Pinnacle make the withdrawal payments in bulk weekly, and AC should have a "float" to handle withdrawals until they get the funds from the book.
But during this pandemic, they will be facing an extreme level of withdrawals, so delays and limits are sort of understandable.
I would think that the big brokers are more than able to handle this, and its looking like in 2 months or so big sport will resume so things should improve.
I requested a withdrawal from Premium Tradings, there was a few days delay but it was processed today.
Just got to accept things are not normal right now and delays will occur.

Re: Asianconnect88 financial trouble? Lies and deception
They’ve been forced to taken positions that’s why.
I know accumulatively of almost 7 figures being held by them for a period of time and those players unable to withdraw funds until the pandemic is over - how long will that be? A month? 3 months? 6 months?
If PT can pay customers in a few days during this period and AC can’t - that is concerning.
Just to reiterate - there are players there with 6 figure balances unable to access their funds from AC until the pandemic is over. And in the meantime are being fobbed off and told lies. Unacceptable.

I brought this thread to the attention of AsianConnect and I m expecting a comment from them.
@Dannyboy, if any of the accounts mentioned are referred by arbusers, please send me the account e-mail and I will have a look at the status of any potential withdrawal with our AsianConnect manager.

Re: Asianconnect88 financial trouble? Lies and deception
There are some serious offshore books limiting and delaying payments, too (Cris, Betonline).
There is nothing weird about it, it was expected to happen in these crazy situation. It's no reason to call them "scams", they have fixed expense, employee wages...
Hopefully Chinese and Japanese soccer, Korean soccer and baseball starts in a few weeks, Bundesliga talks more and more about restarting, too, we should be calm and patient. So far, all agents were fair to their customers, let's be honest, sports betting has been in decline anyways, their business is not regulated and most people using their service break some laws in their country by doing that, agents could recognize this as ideal spot to just take all the money and run but they did not!

I am not an AC customer, but I think it is surely in the top 3 brokers (if not in top 2). I completely agree with what Mtipster said.jonibiza19 wrote: Its a shame that AC been acting like a scam broker, time to take all money asap, there are better options around.

Re: Asianconnect88 financial trouble? Lies and deception
Greetings everyone!
Due to the current situation, we have implemented a 10k maximum withdrawal per customer.
We have reserved funds in Europe, but after one week of huge withdrawals, we realized that this will eventually be not enough if withdrawals keep coming in.
With all Asian countries in lockdown, it is hard to move money for all books.
Finally, we are not in any financial difficulty and when things get back to normal ( Major soccer leagues start playing) , you will be paid.
Stay safe!
Regards,
ASIANCONNECT

Do you think it would have been wise to be honest and upfront about this with customers?
Your live chat people are idiots who can’t understand simple questions. And your management lie and invent excuses. Pathetic really.
