I just wondered how much i could make with a 25k bank roll and a fresh set of accounts.

Is 10k feasible before all the accounts get restricted?

Also which is the best way to approach it. Start small in relation to take sizing and gradually build up and just stick to bigger profile games?

No standard answers to your questions as they depend largely on your circumstances and abilities. In your shoes, I would consider starting from value betting and not from arbing.
And yes, bigger markets should be preferred instead of smaller to add longevity to your accounts.
