Has anybody successfully
1. Closed a restricted account
2. Got the sportsbook to remove all details they hold on you
3. Opened an unrestricted account and successfully withdrawn?

I remember last time I asked they quoted some reason they had to hold my details for 5 years from when the account was closed and I gave up.
