Arbusers

Good morning everybody,

I always deposit to skrill ,from my bank account (I live in Greece) via alpha bank tranfer.I had saved the transaction to my e-banking and each time I wanted to send some money to my skrill account,I used the already saved transaction.Never had problems until now.
My last transfer was 10 days ago(12/10)  and the money never landed on my skrill account.When checking ,I found out that the option of Alpha bank tranfer has been disabled for the Greek costumers,so the money have landed to an Alpha bank account named Skrill Limited ,but without any attention from Skrill team.
I understand that this was my fault,I am not trying to find who's fault is,is clearly me....
What I am trying to find is a  straight answer,that skrill support doesn't give me.Does anybody has any experience about this issue?Any help will be appreciated...

Just want to inform everybody that it has been 3 weeks now and skrill hasn't deposit my money, yet...

I have sent several mails without any answer.I have been into skrill, since the name was moneybookers and never had any problem,but now I am starting to worry.No support to answer any question or give me an update.Is that normal for skrill?

Any advices?

Why don't you call them? They have phone assistance as well.

Yes, finally they have deposited the money to my skrill account.I didn't expect anything else from this company...
