Ofcourse it's sharp. Pinnie have the sharpest odds in almost all Sports, except the American ones, which are controlled by the Vegas lines.
As in most markets there, they release starting odds with low limits and the more money is bet on it, the bigger the limits are becoming. Closing odds before start are the sharp ones, except for the cases of huge bets just before the event.
