Arbusers

HI arbusers , my Orbit account is suspended since 29 November
I can log in but cannot bet. got Ex009error Your account has been suspended. Please contact your agent if you have any queries.
Taking a look into my account statement I see a lot of resettlements about INDIA AUSTRALIA cricket  match bets but don't know if that's the reason for suspending the account

I contacted Asianconnect via chat and mail but they  only tell me to wait for upline feedback without giving me any further info or time frame

I see it's happened in the past that accounts have been suspended for ongoing investigations and funds taking on hold but always resulting in favour of the player
Does any user know how long do they usually take to sort it out?
I'm sure I did nothing wrong and would be appreciated if Asian connect could answer

Hi cacbety ,I have exactly same problem ,did u bet in cricketbook also or just orbit exchange only ?

i bet on cricketbook too but i do not know how to check settled bets
as i know cricketbook show only last 20 bets more or less

i opened the thread just beacuse asianconnect don't give me any info about the case after a week
i never had any problem with orbit and asian connect but after resarching "orbit account suspended " on google i came up with similar stories here on arbusers and all of them solved in favour of the player
that's it  , no will to damage nor orbit or asianconnect, just asking for transaparency

Orbitexh is not reliable anymore and they are not even registered anywhere, below is the response from Curaçao eGaming.  However in Orbitexh website they claim licensed in Curacao egamimg

Thank you so much.  It's really helped me to withdrawa the funds blocked in my account. I sent an emai to
      compliance@curacao-egaming.com with license details, wothin two minutes they forward my complient to Orbitexh.

After two minutes i got an email from BiA to withdraw my funds from Orbitexh.

Atleast I got my funds back now.

Did Bia gave you any sort of explanation about the issue?
Can you still use your orbit account?
