Dear Arb-users.com champions,
for full automatic inplay value betting 24/7 via bot connected to Betfair.com Exchange (account registered in London) I am looking for a stable and reliable connection with London IP.
At the moment I am using Express VPN.
Since yesterday Express VPN makes problems. It throws out a wrong IP.
Can you recommend a good alternative?

On my notebook Express VPN works perfect! The problems with Express VPN only happens using via server.

If you can successfully use the same program from one machine but not from another using the same VPN (assuming the VPN service is serving up the same IP in both cases) then it won't be the IP address that is the issue.
I am guessing you are not using your bot on your Notebook.
I am guessing that you are logging into Betfair using a browser on your Notebook and logging in to Betfair on your server using your bot.
If that is the case then you are not using the same program on both machines.
You need to consider the possibility that Betfair has detected that you are using a bot and have taken steps to obstruct it.
Why they would do that if you are generating commission seems strange
