My Orbit account was suspended and funds frozen and reason I got was same bitcoin wallet was used on BetinAsia. This is because same agent was used by both users to withdraw funds as a lot of people don`t have bitcoin wallet.
This was 6 days ago .
Then they ask for details like holding passport picture and everything which was given promptly.
Since then I keep getting a generic mail that relevant department is looking into issue.

Meanwhile they blocked the other user who used the same bitcoin address as well and to my shock I was informed by my agent that 3 days ago they opened his account,

Why are there double standards like this . Can BetinAsia please try and resolve this.

You got caught by an agent as having multiple accounts and want the admin to help you?

What gave you away is the fact that you say the "agent informed you the other account got reopened".  An agent would not do that.  I'm sure you'll probably get the money back though, as long as there were no other irregularities.

You got caught multi-accounting using the easiest way to avoid this, (BTC) and now you request from the forum to help you get away with it.

I think I confused you guys by the term agent . This agent is not betinasia its a person who is doing bitcoin transfer for us.

The case is simple Person A and Person B using Bitcoin A so where is multi accounting.

Also when I say the agent told me the person who deposits money for us has told me and not BetinAsia. What would a person or me gain from having two accounts?

And I have given all the kyc documents again so there should not be an issue.

No I would prefer a same yardstick. I have been told there is response pending from Orbit and both accounts were closed at same time. Then one account gets opened and im asked to wait for response from orbit....

What do i have to gain from this my dear friend? both people have had their KYC than both accounts closed as they suspect something.
Than one account is opened and mine remains closed. Why , because I have more money in account? what could be the reason.

More confusion
Timeline here
1) I open account with BetinAsia
2) Do transfer of money through an agent(person) Person A
3) Another user also does transfer using Person A at a later date
4) Both accounts closed same day even though second user uses this bitcoin person later in time
5) Account of second user reopened (communicated by person who does bitocoin transfer for us)
6) My account still locked and funds not transferrable
7) In between I have given KYC docs in pics holding passport utility bills and the whole stuff.

Because this person is not the one who is holding my funds BetinAsia is the one holding it.

That is your version.
The way I see it, BetInAsia holds funds from person A who opened 2 accounts with them.
This is called multi accounting.

You miss an important point though , if what you are implying is money passing than they can easily check it and in between keep both accounts closed, what happened is however different.

I can only give my version but was hoping for a bit more support as i have not done anything dubious...

The forum has made a choice to stand with and by the players. But there are certain limits to this that must not be crossed.
