A PaySafe Group press release dated Dec 7th came to our attention. In short:

Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II BFT, a special purpose acquisition corporation, or SPAC, said Monday it has agreed to merge with Paysafe Group Holdings Ltd. Once the deal has closed, the new company will be renamed Paysafe and will be listed on the NYSE under the ticker "PSFE." The transaction reflects an implied pro-forma enterprise value for Paysafe of approximately $9 billion.

I intend to follow the price of the newly formed company once listed.
