It's too bad! I will use Arbusers references in the future. Greetings.

After a very long 70 days big battle with a lot of support from the people of Curacao eGaming and Orbit Exchange CS, I got all my money back.
At this point, I would like to thank those involved in my case for their help. The Orbit CS took the matter very seriously and helped me a lot in solving my problem.
Of course, I have permanently stopped using the services of Brokerstorm.

Glad you made it!
So  Orbit admitted that you never manipulated markets or you passed funds and he forced agent to pay you.
I wonder what the agent has to say now.
May I ask how had you contact with CS Orbit?

Yes, Orbit completely sided with me and they ordered Brokerstorm to return all my money (I don't know what exactly they told them). I had contact with Orbit by e-mail: info@orbitexch.com

May I leave a short comment?
I think many will be interested to know what business model many agents and white labels work by.
Below I will quote information from another resource without specifying a name, because. I don't know if it's allowed by the rules or not. Anyone interested can find the entire message.
unfortunately no spoiler tags
Lets have a look and visualize. I placed a back for Bundesliga match Frankfurt - Augsburg on Friday in the HT/FT market at *** Exchange.
Image
Back HT1/FT2 at odds of 1000 with a stake of 100,- Euro. Now what *** does, is, that they only send 80% of that bet to the Betfair market and take 20% of that bet for themselves.
Lets see how it looks at the Betfair market:
Image
You can see my order for odds of 1000, but the stake is only 80,- Euro (some rounding differences I guess, thus it's actually 81,- Euro).
Lets assume that order gets matched and that game will indeed end HT1/FT2. *** will then credit 100,000,- Euro to my account and they would have to pay 20,000,- Euro of that from their money (since they took 20% risk on my bet themselves). If I lose the bet, 80,- Euro go to whoever actually matched my order and 20,- Euro will go into the pocket of *** Exchange.
Since most people lose with betting, this is a rather safe (additional) business model, but it can be exploited and you as a WLE operator better monitor closely what your customers do.
As you can see, agents / white labels take on some of the risks. Therefore, if you win often or a lot, they have to cover it from their own wallet. I think the amount of risk depends on their business model (greed). Now imagine that they operate on a business model like forex brokers, many of whom do not withdraw your trades anywhere at all, in the hope that you will lose your bets, and all the money will go to them. As a last resort, they will find a reason not to give back your money.
The main point of this message: CHECK if the agent transfers your bets to the exchange and to what extent. Good luck.

(curency conversion is 1000 to 860 , but maybe i miiss some option, or its a bit outdated)

It’s known that on Orbit there's a position taking involved by agent.
The risk my agent takes is 58% and rest goes to BF.
Although I am won so far this risk hasn't change yet!

Something I noticed with some brokers, You register and send your identity document and a proof of residence.

You make a first withdrawal, it is fine. Then you win more and make a second withdrawal, they ask you extra document.

I had this experience with Bet-in- Asia, two withdrawals, then asked me for a second identity document (my passport). What if I didn't have a passport? :) Luckily I have a passport so sent them.

As far as Brokerstorm is concerned, in November 2020 I sent my proof of residence to withdraw all my funds (total just won about 300 euros).

In June 2021, deposited again and won again about 400 euros, they asked me another proof of residence.

When a broker has this type of behaviour, it is pretty clear they don't like winners. Bet365 never behaves like that, Pinnacles never behaves like that.

Other brokers that don't behave like that are Easysportbet and Asianconnect (from my experience).

Thing I don't like with Brokerstrom on their Orbit accounts: max stake is 1000 euros (anywhere else it is 3000 I think).

Brokerstrom a Scam .......

Beware guys , Brokerstorm is a scam , they dont like winners .

I deposited 50 euro in brokerstorm and within 5 days i made 500 euro of it .

Played only 2-3 cricket, basketball games and 80% amount won in casino .

i requested for first withdrawal of 100 euro which brokerstorm credited after 4 days ,

Next day i requested for withdrawal of 300 euro and same day they closed my account saying i have done odds manipulation .

I asked brokerstrom to share the bets which marked as odds manipulation .

They were unable to share the bets details even after 48 hours becuase as said i won 80% of money through casino games , and everyone knows there is no way to manipulate odds at online casino games , its all about luck .

At last i warn everyone to keep away from Brokerstorm.com as they are cheaters and will close ur account by giving unnecessary reasons .
