Hi Vinciguerra,

As Brokerstrom are lacking transparency, I'm more than happy to be dishonest and say i had multiple accounts - but it isn't the truth. I tried contacting them today, since I posted the screenshot showing my balance they have removed all funds and it shows as "0"

Thanks all for your help

Hope you get paid, 75k are a lot of money for most.

I don't like the story the ''someone in my household'' story. Only amateurs can do that and you are not an amateur.

However, you haven't taken any bonus so i don't see any reason why someone has 2 accounts on agents.

Limits are always the same on Whitehorse or they cut limits once you win?

Thank @Apoel81

I hope I get paid too! The actual Whitehorse product is great. Plenty of markets, liquidity and no limits on anything. I've done some large bets with no problem.

Obviously that's no good unless the agent pays out the winnings

Thanks

Hello,

I'd like to update you all on my case.

I have not been honest with you all and I did in fact have multiple accounts with Brokerstorm.

For the last decade I have suffered with gambling addiction meaning I often opened and subsequently self-excluded accounts. This was in direct breach of Brokerstorm's Terms and Conditions. After completing KYC Brokerstrom and I have had transparent communications and the amount has been refunded. I would like to thank Brokerstorm for resolving the case, whilst i am taking a break from Gambling, I would recommend the products Brokerstorm offer.

You should have been honest. Brokerstorm was blamed for the incident even though it was entirely your fault.

I hope you deal with your addiction issues and find a solution.

@BROKERSTORM well done guys and thanks for coming onto the forum, I did blame you guys prematurely, apologies.

There are dealings here only a blind can't see.
I would like to know what is the amount of money that was returned to Rosa, and how was that deal achieved.

I dont think we will see again Rosa123 anytime soon. Let's hope that we dont see him again, because if we see him again, then his addiction will win.
