You are not able to place the bet at the desired odds pre-match. Should you place the bet ingame once the odds have raised?

Hello everybody I have been using valuebetting services for quite a few time for now. Good results so far with dozen of limited accounts.
Because of this I was thinking about switching to ingame value betting only.
The situation can be described as the following: your preferred value betting method signal a bet to be made on a random match on the o2,5 selection. You are unable to bet at those odds because they have dropped (let's say 10% less) should you wait 20 minutes or so and bet the selection nontheless?
