As far as I know, Unibet has no Dutch license but they still keep accepting clients from Holland. Could someone explain this paradox?
Also, do you have any idea if they are about to get a Dutch licence?

The Kansspelautoriteit will start accepting permit applications on April 1st, so until that time we can't say anything with certainty. However, the Kansspelautoriteit has stated that anyone who has offered their services specifically to Dutch customers (by using the Dutch language on their site, using specific Dutch imaging such as flags, clogs or tulips or by facilitating iDeal transactions, for example..) won't be eligible for the new permit for two years after their most recent violation. Unibet is one of the bookmakers that likely won't receive a permit at the opening of the market because of this.
