They are useless. Operator said that 18betasia accounts are offered with 10% share. This means that your balance will be calculated 10% of the outcome - e.g. if you place a bet of 100EUR @ 2.00, and it is a winning one (100EUR), 10EUR will be your actual winning amount, the same goes for losing tickets.
It means if you place a @2 bet you actually taking a @1.1 odds. Very weird.

Uh no, of course it doesn't mean that, as your loss is also 10% of what you stake. It means you're still betting at 2.00 but at 10% the actual stake you are betting.
