What cryptos have the fastest transaction times? As of 2021. Specifically, those within the top 30 by market cap (in a sense of A to B, money ready, not just a confirmation in the blockchain ...being fully received on the other side)
Timing is everything for an arb, transaction times are a necessity. Thought this would be of use to fellow crypto arbers

Avalanche is similar.
Binance network is avg 13 secs.
