Welcome to the forum and good luck with everything you do. Most people are going in the opposite direction, starting from arbing and then jumping to other forms of smart betting.

Re: Introduce your self here
Hello guys,
I am from Bulgaria and I am part of the betting world almost 20 years. At first i was a loser - parlay bets at local shops with terrible odds. But I don't like to lose money so pretty fast I smartened up. Nowadays I make arbs/ value bets and I also work in a betting firm (I am one of the guys that restrict your accounts, please don't kill me )

Welcome to the forum. We would like to hear some more about the local Italian scene, as we are noticing a big number of online bookmakers together with street shops.patambor wrote: Hi to all. Re: Introduce your self here
Hey guys,
I am around here for some time, but not very active. I am an almost finished master student and 24 years old. I started betting when I turned 18 and doing value betting for at least 4 years now. Before that I was very successful in street betting until there was a change of odds. About value betting I have to say the variance is an issue but I have my very own unique systems with my parameters to try and bring some football knowledge to it too. I have to say I am huge football fan, I am kinda crazy about football, every game is like a pice of art for me. And now as I am soon finished with university I am thinking about becoming a betting professional. I really consider it and it might be the hardest choice of my life as its just not a regular job. I made good profit in the last couple of months but it's not that I can say for sure that becoming a betting pro is an easy choice. I have to admit I am lacking consistency as because of university I have switched of during exam periods and in some weeks there is a lot of class. I am also working on some promising projects to improve my strategy as it's very important for me to keep improving. I still need to improve my staking system as I don't feel it's a perfect fit and I obviously got limited on a huge numbers of soft bookies lately so I want to start using a broker. Currently I am happy with betting exchange but I want more odds choices.
Hope my text is a good read for you guys and I would be happy to have your opinions on that, especially about becoming a pro and I would be interesting in having someone with know-how and experience in the business to talk to, as I am starting to feel kinda isolated and my friends obviously don't understand the betting business and all betting buddy I had in the past very more like gamblers withouth strategy or plans. In case you want to message me, I am also reachable via pm.

Re: Introduce your self here
Hi Max and welcome!
I wish best of luck in your endeavours. Can I ask where you are from?
If you want, you could open a new thread and let us know something more specific about your plans. In that case maybe he can help you with some opinions.
Thanks

Re: Introduce your self here
Thanks, as soon as my results are more specific I can surely open a thread. I currently have to spend a lot of time grading old picks into my system to have a better understanding. At least 10.000 picks are needed to get a first impression. How do you refer to with "he"? Yeah for my projects I might need some help here and unfortunatley I might have to ask some annoying questions. I am from Austria and happy to be here!barbero wrote: Hi Max and welcome!

Re: Introduce your self here
Was a typo, should be "we" instead of "he"
Go ahead and ask, for sure
